Conveyor Equipment Design

  • With the help of a dedicated team with more than 25 years’ experience designing conveyors for difficult to handle products, including remote locations where downtime can be very expensive, we are here to help you succeed and reduce your operating costs
  • Conveyor equipment can come with the following alternatives.
    • Complete closed design with weather covers (for outside locations and/or food safety compliance) side panels and bottom covers
    • Open design with protecting edges and side panels
    • Closed design with weather cover and side panels – no bottom covers
  • Aerobelt can have higher degree inclines compared to other systems –depending on product characteristics the system can incline up to 25 degrees
  • Benefits of the Aerobelt Conveyors
    • They can be reversible,
    • Conveyors are prefabricated in sections facilitating rapid installation and handling,
    • Power consumption is significantly reduced due to lower friction as there are no carry idlers,
    • Belt construction is typically lighter than on an equivalent roller conveyor due to reduced belt working tension,
    • Many types of belt are compatible with Aerobelt Conveyors including FRAS (Fire Resistant, Anti- Static), Food Grade Belt and High Temperature Belt (390°F)
    • Stainless steel options are available for food grade or corrosive / abrasive environments
    • Aerobelt conveyors can be retrofitted to meet existing gallery profiles and steelwork including accommodating concave and convex profile curves

Conveyor Replacement

  • With the modular design of the Aerobelt system it is easy to install in your current support structures as the system is significantly lighter in weight.
  • If you are replacing a conveyor with the same capacity requirements, then Aerobelt will save you on your power consumption – in some situations up to 50% reduction.

New Installations

  • If you have a new installation and have one or multiple infeed’s to the conveyor with a single discharge, then the Aerobelt system is for you.
  • Due to the modular design, we can save your business financial savings onthe capital expenditure, installation costs, and reduced downtime when installing a replacement system compared to most other options.

Best fit solutions for the business

  • If you have a situation that your current conveyors are causing damage, loss of product, don’t handle the temperatures very well, don’t comply to regulations (example Food Safety requirements), generate too much noise pollution then the Aerobelt system fits your needs.
  • Aerobelt is used across a diverse range of industriesand products including the following but not limited to - Coal, Fly-Ash, Cement, Sand, Wheat, Barley, Canola, Rice, Alumina, Sugar, Urea, Woodchip, Manganese, Ammonium Nitrate, Limestone and many others.
  • Due to the design of the conveyor, ongoing maintenance of the conveyor are significantly reduced, compared to other systems as there are no moving parts from the ‘head to tail’ of the conveyor. Other than the Head and Tail pully’s there is some return rollers that would need inspection annually and no other costs.
